A formal additive scoring model for criminal defense assessment. Source-linked component ratings produce an issue index, logistic scaling supplies a bounded display, and consequence weighting summarizes the developed defense position. Symbolic derivation and exhaustive analysis of 5,508 permitted profiles establish the model’s ordering, sensitivity, and aggregation properties. This is the scoring rule behind Section 22 of every report.
